CytoScan™-LDH measures cytosolic enzyme lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release as cells die. Released LDH is measured with a color producing diaphorase linked tetrazolium salt reaction. The amount of color produced is proportional to the number of cell deaths.
Apoptosis Antibodies
Jan 12 2005 | Archive
New antibodies are offered for studying ER stress-related apoptosis, including antibodies to ATF6, BAP31, Caspase-12, CHOP, TRAF2 and BiP/GRP78.
Human XIAP EIA
Sep 21 2004 | Archive
XIAP (X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis) belongs to the IAP (inhibitors of apoptosis) family, which is characterized by one or more BIR (baculovirus IAP repeat) domains.
Caspases
Jun 22 2004 | Archive
Alexis Biochemicals offers over 240 enzymes, antibodies, inhibitors, assay kits, and other products for studying the role of caspases in apoptosis and inflammation.
Apoptosis Detection Products
May 11 2004 | Archive
American Type Culture Collection offers products for the detection of apoptosis, in tissue samples as well as cells in culture, using methodologies including fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, multiwell plate fluorometry, gel electrophoresis, immunochemistry, and radiometric analysis.
Apoptosis Assays (2095)
Nov 13 2003 | Archive
Apoptosis Suite enables examination of three separate biological aspects of cell death in order to assess whether each cell is in the early- mid- or late-stages of apoptosis. The suite includes assays for membrane changes (Annexin V), activation of caspase enzymes, and DNA fragmentation (TUNEL).
Apoptosis Detection Kits
Nov 13 2003 | Archive
Magic Red™ substrate-based assays detect protease activity within whole living cells, and are based on a cresyl violet leaving group that fluoresces once enzyme specific peptides are cleaved.
H2A.X Phosphorylation Kit
Nov 13 2003 | Archive
Upstate offers a rapid and sensitive microplate-based assay for the detection of H2A.X phosphorylation. Histone H2A.
