Amgen says CFO Peacock is stepping down
THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (AP) — Biotech drugmaker Amgen said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Peacock is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
Amgen Inc. said Peacock will step down Friday, and named Michael Kelly as its acting CFO.
Peacock has been Amgen's CFO since September 2010. Kelly has been with the company since 2003 in roles including chief accounting officer and CFO for international commercial operations.
