Antibody Fragmentation Kit
The FabRICATOR Kit cleaves and purifies antibody fragments in less than 1 hour. Precise F(ab’)2 fragments are provided in minutes due to the specificity of the proteolytic enzyme FabRICATOR, which cleaves IgG at a singular defined site below the hinge region. Fab and F(ab’)2 antibody fragments are used in many applications or assays where the presence of the Fc region may cause problems with background staining or complement binding.
