GPCR Cell Lines

Cell lines for Human GPR120, GPR41, CB1 and G alpha 16 allow users to evaluate GPCR response levels economically. Receptors are available for these therapeutic areas: Free fatty acid stimulation, adipose tissue and immune cell signaling, and brain research. GPR120 is a member of the free fatty acid G-protein coupled receptor family that includes GPR40, GPR41 and GPR43, and is activated by unsaturated long chain free fatty acids. GPR41 is a member of the free fatty acid G-protein coupled receptor family and is activated by saturated and unsaturated carboxylic acids with carbon chain lengths equal to or less than six carbons. The CB1 cannabinoid receptor is expressed primarily in brain and is a target for cannabinoids. Lonza, 301-898-7025, www.lonza.com.
