Concentrated Glow Dyes contain optimized concentrations of ethidium bromide. They provide intense DNA/RNA bands with little background or band distortion. The presence of the ethidium bromide eliminates the need for large amounts of the toxic carcinogen being added to the gels themselves or being used in post-electrophoretic staining. The loading dyes can be used with any type of agarose or acrylamide gels. They are ideal as sample loading dye for tracking electrophoresis migration and visualization of nucleic acids.
