Control Of Live Cell Imaging Experiments

ONIX Dynamic Cell Culture Platform provides control over live cell imaging experiments by allowing them to change exposure solutions with nanoliter precision. It integrates with the existing microscope set-up to allow continuous cell culture imaging with dynamic fluid flow control. Equipped with FG-3 computer software, the fully automated system allows users to create dynamic live cell imaging experiments. Consumable microfluidic plates provide the flexibility to program up to five different time-varying flows or specify the concentration of solutions delivered to cells. The microfluidic plates, configured into a standard 96-well format, are ideal for primary cell culture, cell cycle tracking, protein localization, gene expression analysis, cell signaling, apoptosis, GFP/YFP/CFP fluorescence, and much more. This system is ideal for experiments requiring low volumes of cells or solution; 300 µL lasts for three days.
