Gel Logic 2200 Digital Imaging System features a cooled CCD camera and an integrated illumination cabinet to permit detection of fluorescent, chemiluminescent, and chromogenic assays. A 2.2 million-pixel sensor, an f1.2 lens, and a 6× optical zoom provide 16-bit image-capture for quantitative imaging of electrophoresis gels, blots, plates and assays. The illumination cabinet offers a broad range of imaging capabilities including applications that require broadband UV illumination, white light epi-illumination, and transillumination to image UV fluorescent dyes as well as chemiluminescence and colorimetric labels. Molecular Imaging Software provides quantitative image analysis, database, and overlay capabilities.
