The C 150 CO2 incubator features standard hot-air sterilization at 180 C. Units can stand alone or be stacked, and are easily accessible in either configuration. The incubator offers stable pH based on a drift-free FPI infrared measurement system, precise temperatures, and an interior that is condensation-free even at high humidity levels. A seamless, deep-drawn inner chamber has 27% less surface area than previous units, and interior fittings have been reduced to the absolute minimum to maximize useful space. Applications include incubation of monolayer cultures for different cell lines, cell culture technologies, and cell-based assays in cell biology.
