UNIchip protein biochips save time on downstream assays by enabling early selection of the best antibodies for validation. These protein microarrays generate a quantitative binding profile of an antibody to 400 different, unrelated targets. On-chip determination of sensitivity, linearity and dynamic range taken together with the quantitative fingerprint enables performance ranking of antibodies.
