The µ-Dish35mmgrid-500 contains a relocating grid with a repeating unit size of 500 µm, which allows easy relocation of cells in numbered rectangles. The surface of the dish can be either hydrophobic or tissue culture treated. The ibiTreat surface assures cell growth and compatibility with fluorescence microscopy. In time series one can follow a number of different biological processes such as cell migration, tracing the development of cells or tracking the motion of a protein over time. As the dish allows scientists to address 400 individual positions separately, each process can be followed with a statistically relevant number of cells in one experiment.
