Phospho-RTK Array Kit
Receptor Tyrosine Kinases (RTKs) are widely expressed transmembrane receptors that undergo phosphorylation events and participate in cell signaling processes. The Human phospho-RTK Array Kit is a screening tool designed to simultaneously detect the tyrosine phosphorylation of 42 different RTKs in each lysate sample. This economical assay offers a flexible protocol, and utilizes chemiluminescent detection to provide rapid and sensitive results without the need for specialized equipment, immunoprecipitation and/or Western blot. The kit includes four nitrocellulose membrane arrays spotted with antibodies to 42 different RTKs, buffers and detection antibody-HRP conjugate.
