Mouse ICAM-1 Kit
Quantikine ELISA for mouse ICAM-1 is now available from R&D Systems. ICAM-1 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1) is an inducible transmembrane molecule that plays a role in cell migration, antigen presentation and leukocyte activation. This ELISA is fully validated for serum, plasma, culture supernatants, and tissue homogenates. Sensitivity for this assay is 0.29 ng/ml and its dynamic range is 0.31 - 20 ng/ml.
