Mouse Lineage Depletion Antibodies
Mouse Lineage Depletion Antibodies, for the enrichment of mouse uncommitted hematopoietic progenitors, are available. Antibodies generated against the cell surface markers CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8α, CD11b/MAC-1 α, B220, Gr-1 (Ly-6G) and TER-119 erythroid antigen may be used in conjunction with magnetic particle separation systems or flow cytometric cell sorting to deplete lineage-committed cells for the enrichment of mouse uncommitted hematopoietic progenitors. After depletion, lineage-negative cells contain an enriched CD117+ (c-kit/SCDF R) cell population (typically 70 - 90%; with less than 2% lineage-positive contaminating cells).
