Quantikine ELISA For Human Total MMP-2
A Quantikine ELISA for human total (pro and active) MMP-2 is now available. MMPs (matrix metalloproteinases) and TIMPs (tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases) control degradation of the extracellular matrix, and thereby influence such processes as development, tissue remodeling, wound healing and tumor metastasis. Assays for human MMP-1, MMP-3, MMP-7, MMP-8, MMP 9, MMP-10, MMP-13, TIMP-1, and TIMP-2, as well as mouse MMP-9 and TIMP-1, are available.
