Vitae Cell microfluidic IVF development chamber slide allows simulation of the biological culture system found in mammalian cell reproduction. Its multipurpose design allows for embryo culturing, sorting, evaluation, and fertilization all within a secure environment. The ibidi μ-slide VI enables imaging of cells under various conditions. The six-channel format is allows for static cell cultivation and for standard protocols involving treatment staining and the microscopy of living or fixed cells. Standard heating systems are available for a variety of microscope makes and models. Custom configurations are available upon request and can be manufactured in both aluminum and glass. HT temperature controllers complete the heating system to ensure reliable and accurate temperature readings between ambient and +55 C.
