The Kalypsys compound transfer workstation is built to run continuously with minimal maintenance and no breakdowns. Transfers from 25-500 nl are completed with a CV of <10% and are done in 1.5 minutes (including washing/drying and control additions). The stand-alone workstation can be paired with a plate stacker or integrated into a fully automated system. Three automated wash reservoirs, a dry station, and customizable wash protocols reduce carry over and ensure effective washing. Industry standard 96, 384 and 1536 pin tool heads are accommodated. Three plate positions (source, destination and control) are incorporated in protocols. A chilled nest with cover minimizes evaporation.
