Transcreener KINASE Plus Assay is a far-red competitive fluorescence polarization immunoassay, optimized for enzymatic assays which generate ADP and require high concentrations of ATP (up to 250 μM and above). Developed originally to follow the progress of kinase and ATPase reactions, it is appropriate for any ADP-producing enzyme. The assay provides strong signal at low percent ATP conversion, allows the use of diverse substrates such as proteins, peptides, lipids, carbohydrates or nucleic acids, and can detect ATPase activity.
