Phosphatase, protease inhibitors
PhosSTOP is a blend of phosphatase inhibitors that act on a broad spectrum of acid and alkaline phosphatases, as well as serine/threonine (PP1, PP2A, and PP2B) and tyrosine protein phosphatases (PTP). Complete Protease Inhibitor Tablets inhibit serine, cysteine, and metalloprotease activity, and are available in tablets for either 10 ml or 50 ml of lysate, with or without EDTA. Both products are non-toxic and are effective across a range of sample materials including animals, plants, yeast, and bacteria. Foil packages eliminate the need to search for individual inhibitors, mix inhibitor cocktails, or weigh out small amounts of inhibitor. Simply drop the tablets into buffer to provide instant inhibition with a stable, consistent dose.
