MALDI sample prep kit contains reagents for processing protein samples electroeluted for MALDI mass spectrometry for MALDI-TOF analysis. This kit can be used to process whole proteins for direct MALDI-MS analysis or for in-solution digestion of the proteins prior to MALDI-MS analysis. Coomassie destaining solution removes stain bound to the protein, to improve the sensitivity of the MALDI-MS analysis.
