The Evocycler provides thermal cycling and results analysis. Each assay generates a Gel Photo, similar to the familiar electrophoresis run; melt curve analysis is performed by the instrument at the end of the run, and the analysis is displayed in ‘gel’ format for quick yes-no results. Software automates choice of primer and reaction conditions and seamlessly integrates this with data analysis and auto-calling of results. Results are generated within 30 minutes.
