The iDus InGaAs NIR CCD detector array offers a choice of 512 or 1024 element linear photodiode arrays (PDA) for Near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy with high sensitivity output and high resolution covering wavelengths from 800 nm up to 2200 nm. The system offers a peak QE of >80% with low noise, thermo-electric cooling to 㫭 C for optimal S/N performance, and USB 2.0 connectivity. With a guaranteed hermetic vacuum seal and maintenance-free design, the UltraVacT process optimizes sensor performance (through higher QE and lower dark current) and ensures that ongoing performance.
