Extensive selection of cryopreserved human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) has been ethically collected from over 30 different donors, processed under cGMPs, and packaged in vials yielding >10,000,000 viable cells. The proprietary collection and cryopreservation processes result in advantages such as: post-thaw T-cell performance comparable to that of the same cells when fresh and viability exceeding 90%, and large lot sizes typically exceeding 800 vials. Many lots are highly characterized for HLA type; CD8 cell reactivity to 23 different peptides and a CEF pool; and CD4 cell reactivity to 5 different protein antigens. These lots can be used for method validation, reference and quality-control purposes, and uncharacterized lots can also be purchased.
