GCK-RNA QC (Quality Control) gel cartridge kit, for use with the eGene HDA-GT12 Genetic Analyzer, can be used to check the quality of total RNA, poly A RNA, cRNA, fragmented RNA and fragmented cDNA prior to performing Northern blots, real-time PCR and microarray and microchip analyses, as well as for cDNA library construction. The system analyzes 12 samples in <10 min or 96 samples in <1-1/2 hrs to increase laboratory productivity. Automated sample handling on the analyzer using the kit offers hands-free sample loading. Disposable, easy-to-use cartridges with 4-, 8- and 12-channels handle different sample capacities for throughput flexibility.
