Eppendorf Multiporator combines time constants and a wide voltage range to electroporate bacteria, yeasts and other microorganisms. Microprocessor control ensures precision of the pulse discharge and reproducibility. Low conductive buffer, which is adjusted to the system’s Soft Pulse technology, is sodium-free and adapted to the inner cell environment. It stabilizes the NA/K gradient across the cell membrane. Electroporation cuvettes are available in three different gap widths, are sterilized by gamma radiation, and can be used with diverse devices and cell types.
