By combining the fast temperature ramping, short detection times and intuitive assay programming of the Mastercycler ep realplex with the flexible epMotion automated pipetting system, users are assured of tight replicates and reproducibility within and across experiments. Reduced volumes (down to 5 μl in a 96-well plate) provide savings on reagent costs.
