MixMate provides effective mixing and vortexing of aqueous solutions and suspensions in various micro test tubes and plates. It has five preset programs for the optimized mixing of: 0.2 ml PCR to 2.0 ml micro test tubes; 96- and 384-well PCR plates; and shallow and deep-well plates at a maximum mixing frequency of up to 3,000 rpm. MixMate is ideal for: controlled mixing of enzymatic reactions; controlled incubation of absorption; blocking or reaction preparations; re-suspension of DNA, RNA, protein or cell pellets in tubes and plates; and vortexing in micro test tubes, 15 and 50 ml screw-cap tubes.
