Microarray Ovens
The Series 700 line of rotating ovens is designed for bubble-mixing and hybridization of popular microarray chambers that require mixing during hybridization. Two models are available. Model 777 provides mixing-while-hybridizing all popular array formats. It provides rotational speeds of 2 to 80 RPM for processing Affymetrix GeneChips, Agilent SureHyb chambers and other microarrays. Model 777 accommodates rotators for processing 48 or 96 GeneChips or a rotator for processing 20 SureHyb chambers. It may be used for gentle washing of glass and membrane microarrays under controlled temperature using an accessory.
