Little Dipper Microarray Processing System (SciGene) completely automates the steps used for processing DNA microarrays after hybridization. The system consists of a programmable rotary robotic arm that moves racks of arrays through five temperature controlled baths and into an integral centrifuge for drying. Reproducible, high throughput post-hybridization processing is provided for all slide-based microarrays. The system integrates with the Hybex Microarray Incubation System, also recently introduced by SciGene, to form a high-throughput array hybridization and processing platform.
