Label-free Array Platform
The SPRimagerII detection system for life science and drug discovery research is a complete system for label-free analysis of proteins and other molecular arrays. Detection is achieved using Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), so molecular labels such as fluorescent tags are not required for detection. Moreover, the instrument may be used to monitor not only protein-protein interactions, but also interactions involving DNA, RNA, carbohydrates, and ligands. Applications include: measurement of antibody-antigen affinities, monitoring transcription factor binding to DNA elements, and functional characterization of receptors on cell surfaces. GWC provides qualified array substrates for the SPRimagerII, along with protocols to help users get the most out of the system.
