SpliceArray Service with GPCR and Ion Channel Microarrays
SpliceArray Service combines ExonHit Therapeutic's splice-variant content probe design and customized analysis with Agilent-manufactured microarrays. The microarrays monitor the expression of alternatively spliced exons for disease-associated isoforms at a resolution previously unattainable by microarrays. Research services using G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) and ion channel microarrays are currently available from ExonHit; microarrays of other "druggable" gene families are expected to be available in the coming months. Custom design services are also available.
