Kinase And Protease Assays
Lightspeed kinase assays, quenching fluorescence-based assays for drug discovery, are offered for PKCa (diabetes and leukemia), Akt-1 (cancer), Src (cancer) and p38a (leukemia and lymphoma). The universal platform for the detection of kinase activity features metal-mediated quenching amplification technology. The homogeneous fluorescence based assay can be read with most commercially available fluorometers.
