The KDS 410 Pump can be triggered remotely by a foot pedal or a switch. It can also be connected to a computer through an RS 232 interface. This permits feeding of animals with minimal interference. The high pressure (230 pounds of linear force) pump is capable of pushing 2, 4, 6, or 10 syringes simultaneously with nutrient solutions for feeding studies. It works with syringes from 10 µl up to 140 mL to provide accurate flow delivery from 1 nL/min to 145.5 mL/min.
