BrightLine optical filters are specifically tailored for fluorescence instruments including Molecular Devices GenePix microarray scanners, the Becton Dickinson CARV II confocal imager, and the Yokogawa CSU 10 and CSU 22 confocal scanners. BrightLine filters already ship as factory-original components with many fluorescence instruments. The filters provide high peak transmission for brightness and sensitivity while simultaneously providing contrast for specificity. They are made exclusively with dense hard-coating technology without any adhesives in the optical path. Optical performance and reliability is made possible by combining ion-beam sputtering deposition systems with proprietary optical-coating technology.
