Large capacity glassware washers feature a triple tube spray system. Hunderds of independent spray jets clean labware. Chamber height allows glassware to be loaded without bending. The chamber is constructed of type 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance, heavy duty use, and long life. Exterior panels are also stainless steel. Tempered glass door is electrically operated and lifts vertically for easy access and to conserve floor space. PLC control system incorporates three preset wash routines (light, medium and heavy) and can store up to twenty custom routines. Water temperatures to 95 C and times to 99 minutes can be selected for each cycle. Flush, wash or rinse routines can be accomplished with hot, cold, or warm, tap or DI water.
