IPA 4.0 enables advanced search, reporting, path explorer and supports Mac platforms. Users will be able to conduct and save advanced searches for genes, proteins or biological relationships, create reports on bibliographies of pathway information and export high-resolution images for publication and presentations. The Ingenuity Knowledge Base can be queried, and searches for genes, biological functions or diseases can be saved. High-resolution images can be generated for publications and presentations. The software can be used to create a bibliography of pathway information for reporting; create literature-supported, signaling pathway with proteins of interest; and understand and visualize the biological processes and diseases of associated genes.
