CloneMedia-HEK and CloneMedia-CHOK1 are offered for semi-solid cloning of suspension-adapted, serum-free HEK293 and CHOK1 cells, respectively. These products enable the cloning of transfected HEK293 and CHOK1 cell lines in a rapid, one-step system. Semi-solid media facilitate the growth of clonal colonies from single cells and subsequent isolation of high expressing clones within days of plating, thus eliminating the need for limiting dilutions.
