Automated Phage Display System
QPDisplay is a dedicated picking and library management system. Applied to the later stages of antibody development, the system supports the multi-round bio-panning workflow of picking, re-arraying of positives and ‘cherry picking’ of unique clones. Phage display is an established and powerful tool for antibody discovery, optimization and generation. However, there is often a considerable amount of manual work involved in the process. This increases both processing time and the risk of errors. This system removes many of the labor-intensive aspects of the work. At the same time, all relevant experimental information is consolidated within an integrated data tracking module. This can then be simply incorporated with higher-level informatics systems.
