DNA Walking SpeedUp identifies unknown upstream or downstream sequences lying adjacent to a known sequence in the range of Taq DNA polymerase amplifies. The kit is based on proprietary DNA walking (DW)-ACP (Annealing Control Primer) technology, which enhances the specificity of short oligomers. In the kit, viral DNA integration, transgene location, deletion/insertion/isoform can be identified simply by performing a series of nested PCR reactions without library construction, library screening or subcloning steps.
