The M-110EH-30 operates at up to 30,000 psi process pressure, and enables the production of nano-suspensions and nano-emulsions, as well as liposomal encapsulation and cell disruption. It is useful for producing small batches for clinical trials and for most any other small pilot runs. It comes standard with a diamond interaction and provides an average flow rate (with water) of 320 ml/min at 30,000 psi process pressure and can easily handle batch sizes of up to several gallons. A second replacement ceramic interaction chamber may be added at no addition cost.
