Human Cytokine Biochip
Human Cytokine Biochip incorporates surface-bound affinity capture agents with three-dimensional biochip architecture to quantitatively analyze specific cytokines and chemokines existing in human samples. The biochip identifies biomarkers for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, validates therapeutic candidates, evaluates drug mechanism of action, and monitors disease progression. Available in a ready-to-use format, it requires low sample volume, and enhancements to sensitivity and consistency are a result of optimized chip architecture and protein dispensing technologies. The Human Cytokine Biochip accepts such biological fluids as synovial fluid, cell lysates, serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants.
