Myeloperoxidase (MPO) Activity Assay Kit
Myeloperoxidase Assay Kit provides a convenient system for colorimetric measurement of MPO from tissue or blood samples. The kit includes lysis and solubilization buffers, color development reagents, and a 96-well plate. Since MPO is found in the intracellular granules of neutrophils, MPO activity can be utilized as an indirect measure of neutrophil infiltration into inflamed tissues.
