Toll-like Receptor Reagents
Two dozen new antibodies, inhibitors, enzymes and related products have been added to a line of reagents for Toll-like Receptor (TLR) signaling and inflammation research, including six nex activators for TLR4. Ultra-pure LPS and Lipid A sterile solutions do not activate TLR4_1- macrophages and are pyrogen free. Other new products include antibodies to TLR2, TLR6, TLR7, TLR9, Mal (TIRAP), and IRAK-4, as well as reagents for studying Interleukin-1 receptors, LPS receptor CD14, and the role of NOD-proteins in inflammation.
