Robotic Fluid Dispensing
Model 2-4 Robotic Fluid Dispensing Solution is offer for automated lab procedures that require accurate liquid delivery. It is light enough to mount on laboratory robots, can be controlled via RS-485 communication (PC, PLC control), and is also LabVIEW™-compatible. Together with proprietary Travcyl™ pumps, which are internally sealed positive-displacement devices, the system does not require valves to control fluid flow, and calibration is not needed. Unlike a basic pump solution, the system provides pumping capability, fluid measurement, and flow control in one module. Accuracy of up to ۪.05% Cv and low-pulsation flow result in consistent, reproducible results.
