Universal Slide Kits
New ez-rays™ universal microarray surface can be used with cDNA probes, oligonucleotide probes (unmodified, amine-modified, or Acrydite™ modified), and proteins. The slides provide high signal intensity, low background, and effective reproducibility for microarray fabrication. Acrydite modified probes perform well in applications such as SNP typing where probes and hybridization specificity are critical. Proprietary surface and unique properties of Acrydite modification offer efficient endpoint probe attachment, leaving the probe DNA fully accessible for hybridization. The slide kit includes 20 coated slides and the required reagents for printing, including two spotting buffers for universal or Acrydite probe attachment. Applications are found in the genomic, proteomic, and pharmaceutical research markets.
