Cellometer v3.0 cell counting and analysis software, incorporated in the Cellometer Auto T4 cell counter, provides one-click automated cell counting from a dropdown menu of pre-set cell types while providing cell size, viability and morphology analysis. The software includes a library with over 100 pre-set cell types. A Cell Type Wizard is used for adding new cell types to the drop down menu from their specific cells. An Import Cell Type menu command enables researchers to import cell types from the library to their dropdown menu for easy access and quick results. A workflow calculator allows users to enter their target concentration or total number of cells. The calculator then provides necessary adjustments to obtain desired results.
