The DigiGenius gel documentation system features a 10 mega pixel camera that can separate even the closest band images. The camera can be linked via standard interface to a PC or Mac, for full automation of camera set-up and image capture of PC and Mac compatible images to either a Flash Card or computer. Users can choose to add fully compatible components to the basic system including a UV transilluminator and white or blue light conversion screens. The system comes with a safety hood, which can be upgraded to a full mini-darkroom, and GeneTools image analysis software.
