Dyversity fully automated 2D gel image capture system consists of a light tight darkroom containing a 16-bit CCD camera providing 90 microns resolution. A large door opening accommodates many gel sizes. A range of precision made filters, UV and white lighting modules allow imaging of protein stains such as Coomassie Blue, Deep Purple, Pro-Q Diamond, silver stain and SYPRO Ruby. A Cy dye lighting platform is also available for Dyversity. Results can be transferred into Dymension software for analysis.
