Integration of the Ekspot spotter/faction collector with the NanoLC MALDI Spotting System provides single-point, software-based control. The system enables the analysis of complex protein and peptide samples with MALDI MS. The spotter/fraction collector deposits fractions eluted from the NanoLC onto a MALDI plate, while a built-in pump automatically adds the matrix. Positioning accuracy ensures consistent spotting with maximum resolution. Up to 16 MALDI-targets for high-throughput applications. Microfluidic technology eliminates flow splitting for improved reproducibility and sensitivity and elimination of solvent waste. The NanoLC’s precise microscale flow control runs HPLC gradients at rates as low as 20 nL per minute.
