The ExpressLC-800 rapid gradient HPLC system (Eksigent Technologies) features expanded functionality that doubles its throughput. The software drivers and hardware accessories support CTC Analytics’ Twin-PAL Autosampler, ensuring sample delivery at a pace that fully optimizes the throughput of the HPLC system. Suited for a range of drug discovery applications, the system’s eight fully independent channels provide flexibility and time and cost savings. Each chromatographic channel can deliver six times the sample throughput of a conventional HPLC instrument and requires only 25% of the bench space. With Twin-PAL Autosampler integration, the system can accept samples in two formats, regular 2-mL vials or 96-well microplates, either deep or shallow well. The system also includes two sample hotels that keep vials and plates ready for analysis. Dual wash stations, one for each sampling head, each use two wash solvents to prevent sample carryover from injection to injection.
