Multiplex Analysis System
The Bio-Plex® Manager 5.0 suspension array system is a multiplex analysis system that permits the simultaneous analysis of up to 100 different biomolecules, such as proteins, peptides, or nucleic acids, in a single microplate well. It integrates instrumentation, assay kits, software, calibration and validation tools. The software features a graphing capability to compare sample data and results between samples and across analytes, allowing users to better understand the data using a customizable graph. An automated maintenance feature allows researchers to set up and automatically run (unattended) “pre” or “post” run custom maintenance and shut-down operations. Data normalization, which uses internal controls such as housekeeping genes or external/exogenous controls, allows users to establish a comparison parameter. A multiple analyte table layout enables viewing sample data across analytes within a single view.
